Michelle Langille

A wearer of many hats; actor, producer, writer, director - she would best describe herself as an assembler of people.  Currently splitting her time between the East Coast and Toronto, Michelle has a passion for women's voices, telling new stories and re-examining those we know and love, turning them on their heads or simply using them as inspiration.  Michelle is a graduate of George Brown's Theatre Program, The Canadian College of Performing Arts,  Generator's Artist Producer Training Program as well as participant of Nightwood Theatre's Write from the Hip playwrights unit.  She is currently developing two full length plays, Lady Capulet and Ten Days,  preparing to perform in the east coast premiere of Rachel Blair's A Man Walks Into a Bar  with Amblemore Collective (Halifax Fringe  August 30- September 9th, 2018), producing People Live Here with Low Rise and Leroy Street (Nov 2018) as well as directing The Penelopiad at Hart House (Nov 2018).  Michelle is also a burlesque performer who goes by the name Honey De Mele.
